The American Institute of Architects is holding its annual A’19 architecture conference from June 6-8. The ever-changing landscape of Las Vegas serves as the perfect backdrop for a conference whose main theme revolves on the concept of designing a better future for everyone – the city being a transformation incubator and design pioneer in itself capable of influencing trends in architecture and design across the globe.

Designing a better future means taking on the critical challenges facing cities—and our world—today. Under the main theme ‘Blueprint for a Better Future’ this year’s A’19 architecture conference program sessions span over a diversity of futuristic topics – from 3D concrete printing, tall wood, and nano-grid condos, to the energy-hog myth, zero net energy affordable housing, new codes and standards, while also offering local architecture tours.
