AA Bodega Research Group
BarcelonaEdouard Cabay, Architect; Carles Sala, Architect MArch; and Relja Ferusic, Architect MSc, have been trained in-between the ESTAB in Barcelona and the AA (Architectural Association) School of Architecture in London.
They direct the AA BODEGA Research Group in Barcelona on behalf of the AA School of Architecture, within the programme AAVS; which explores the relationship between wine and architecture looking at the contribution of science and technology. Their work has been awarded by COAC ('Col.legi Oficial d'Arquitectes de Catalunya') with the Architectural Innovation Award 2017 and the 'Fundació Banc Sabadell' has granted their research careers.
While they have their own practices in Barcelona, SALA FERUSIC Architects and APPAREIL, they have been teaching and researching in international schools of architecture such as AA School of Architecture in London, WSA Welsh School of Architecture at Cardiff University, ESA École Spéciale d'Architecture in Paris, EPFL in Lausanne, ETH in Zurich, CCAE at University College Cork, among others. Besides their professional and research profiles they are current members of the faculty at IAAC Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and ETSAB in Barcelona.
