CPH-Ø1, which is Danish for ‘Island1,’ is the first of many small floating island structures in the harbour of Copenhagen. CPH-Ø1 will soon be joined by other platforms made from sustainable materials, completing a manmade archipelago of artificial islands.
They are perfect for an escape from the busy city, and these tiny floating islands will also host community events, such as family barbecues, fishing excursions, and small concerts. The platforms can even be moved together for larger events, creating a cluster that will bring activity and life to previously unexplored corners of the Copenhagen Harbour.Copenhagen Islands
