On March 15-16, the city of New York will offer round tables and lectures with the most relevant international professionals in architecture, urban planning, design, architects, the restaurant industry and real estate.
The third edition of the City of Tomorrow symposium will focus on interesting issues like resilience in New York, nature as a source of inspiration for architects seeking solutions to current challenges, human-centered city planning, healthy design, and the importance of culinary innovation in city building and placemaking, among others.
Notable participants include architects Annabelle Selldorf and Rafael Viñoly; the designers Sheila Bridges, Carl d’Aquino and Sara Gilbarne; the restaurateurs José Andrés and Thomas Keller; the professor of Architectural Technology at Harvard University Martin Bechthold; and the director of the New York City Department for City Planning, Marisa Lago, among others.
