The Gulf Region is very aware of the changes taking place in the retail world. According to a study by Euromonitor Internacional, published at the end of 2018, it is expected that retail revenues will increase 24 million dollars in the area over the next five years. The ranking is led by the United Arab Emirates, with a growth rate of 16 percent. While sales in physical stores will continue to dominate the sector, online commerce will grow at a fast rate, with an increase of 78 percent between 2018 and 2023.

A new generation of professionals will meet up, representing the most pioneering technology and exemplary sales service in the sector.Participation from CEOs of important multinationals also forms part of the summit’s content.
