Jane Duncan

London

Jane Duncan leads Jane Duncan Architects, an architectural practice based in West London that works in private residential projects, contemporary sustainable housing, leisure and sports facilities, and commercial health, school and community buildings, principally throughout the South of England.

She was elected president of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) in 2015; a position she served for two years. Through the institute, Jane was involved in championing small practice issues, and established the annual Guerrilla Tactics conferences dealing with topical issues relating to the smaller practice. Jane currently chairs RIBA’s expert panel on fire safety.
