We invite you next October 16th at 6:00 PM to discover the work of Ouchhh TV, the first AI artistic data painting in space: "Human Cell Atlas: AI Neuroorganismic Data Spatial Painting of Humanity", presented by Ferdi Alici, founder of Ouchhh TV.
The Human Cell Atlas Project aims to create a broad map of all human cells, in cooperation with studies from numerous international scientists with extensive expertise.
To create artistic visualizations from the data collected from different studies, single-cell RNA sequencing data from various tissues was used. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) is a novel technique for obtaining more detailed information from the genome by quantitatively analyzing the RNA molecules in a sample.
After several processes, a dataset was obtained belonging to a universe of hundreds of dimensions. To visualize it and ultimately create a foundation for artistic expression, Auto Encoders and PCA analysis were implemented to make the data visible to the human eye.
"HUMAN CELL ATLAS" is the AI Neuroorganismic Data Spatial Painting of humanity. It is a poetic narrative, an artistic self-portrait of humanity, sketched with lines of code and torrents of data from 37.2 trillion cells.
This project is a global alliance of the brightest minds, from biologists to mathematicians, all united by the dream of mapping every cell in the human body to unveil secrets that could redefine our understanding of health and disease.
