Arquitectura Música · Músicxs Arquitectxs returns to the Roca Madrid Gallery. This series brings together a range of figures from the worlds of music and architecture to celebrate the spring equinox of 2026, in a session that will take place a few days later, on 26 March at 19:00.
Organised by Roca and Figueras Seating, the series is now celebrating its fifth season, alternating its sessions between the Roca Madrid Gallery, the Roca Barcelona Gallery and the Roca London Gallery.
In this session, Paisajes: cultural, en obras y sonoros, different experiences in architecture will be presented by professionals directly involved in the realisation of buildings, scenographies and the development of stage technical systems. Their work brings music, the performing arts and architecture into close dialogue.
The session will feature batlleiroig arquitectes, who will present the Auditorium, Theatre and School of Music and Performing Arts “Carmen Chacón”, currently under construction in Esplugues de Llobregat.
Estudio Moneo Brock will also participate, presenting the design and production processes behind the seat developed for the auditorium at Espacio Fundación Telefónica in Madrid.
The professional presentations will be complemented by Cristina Palmese, whose work explores projects that connect architecture, biology, musical composition, anthropology, history and sociology, articulated around the notion of the soundscape.
The session, curated by Félix Arranz, will conclude with a recital by the musician and architect Ramon Andrada, who will offer an intimate and classical piano concert, in the broadest sense of the term.
