Ignasi Pérez Arnal is the CEO of AtomModular, an industrial startup that manufactures housing in the same way the automotive industry does. He is also the Director of the Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 Congress at REBUILD. In addition is the founder of the OCH-Offsite Construction Hub, the RESURGE Association for Large-Scale Urban Rehabilitation, the EyOCnet Network, which brings together eighty vocational training centers in the building and civil engineering sector, and the Industrialized Construction Cluster of Catalonia. He holds four master’s degrees from four different universities. He earned a Master of Science from Pompeu Fabra University and currently directs various postgraduate programs in Portugal, Venezuela, and Brazil.
