John Palmesino is an architect and urbanist and founder of the Territorial Agency; an independent organisation that combines research and action for sustainable spatial transformations. Recent projects include the Museum of Oil (with Greenpeace) and the Anthropocene Observatory. He is Unit Master at the AA Architectural Association School of Architecture, and convenes the MA in Research Architecture at Goldsmiths, University of London. He was previously Head of Research at ETH Zurich Contemporary City Institute—Studio Basel.

John’s work has been exhibited at documenta, Biennale di Venezia, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, ZKM Centre for Media and Arts.
