Anupama Kundoo

Berlin, Germany

Anupama Kundoo graduated in architecture from the University of Mumbai and received her PhD from the TU Berlin. She started her professional practice in 1990 and maintains offices in Berlin and in Pune and Pondicherry, India. In 2021 she was the recipient of the RIBA Charles Jencks Award, the 2021 Auguste Perret Prize and the Building Sense Now Global Award. She has lectured and taught at universities around the world and she is currently a full professor at the Fachhochschule, Potsdam. Her work has been published widely and has been the subject of several exhibitions, most recently in 2021 with “Taking Time” at the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art, Denmark and in 2022 “Co-Creation: Architecture is Collaboration” at the Roca Barcelona Gallery.
