Bet Capdeferro

Bet Capdeferro is the cofounder of the studio bosch.capdeferro arquitectura with Ramon Bosch. Their work is focused on transforming spaces of diverse scale and nature, focusing on the relationship between people and the environment. She graduated in architecture from the ETSAB-UPC, where she is working towards a master in landscape architecture. She has been a professor at the ETH-Zürich and Cornell University in New York. Their work has been published widely and recognized with numerous prizes including the Emerging Architect Special Mention of the EU Prize-Mies van der Rohe Award for Contemporary Architecture for Casa Collage in 2011, as well as the FAD Architecture Prize in 2015 for Casa Andamio. In 2016, their work formed part of the Spanish Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale.
