On June 3rd Roca Barcelona Gallery will host “Inspired in Barcelona Creative Days”, an annual, cross-disciplinary event that celebrates Barcelona’s creative talent through a programme of conversations held in some of the city’s most inspiring venues.
Powered by the Barcelona Creativity & Design Foundation, the platform is aimed to promote creative production from brands and professionals as well as inspiring emerging projects in the global scene.
On this session, we will have the chance to meet Oriol Castro, one of the pillars of the three-Michelin-starred Disfrutar.
Oriol Castro worked at El Bulli from 1997 until the restaurant closed in 2011. In 2014, he founded Disfrutar together with Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas.
