Euroconstruct has already published three reports since Ukraine was invaded and the consequent deterioration of the economy. A year ago, we believed that the European building sector would see growth in the years 2023-2024. Six months ago, the forecast was of virtual blockage. This last version of the report shows a little contraction. This is due to the rise of prices and the decrease of the demand. In this presentation we will see what markets are becoming more vulnerable and to what extent that vulnerability may be long-lasting.

· Francisco Diéguez: ITeC's Director since May 2014. From his possition he has promoted the Institution's transformation until its possition as one of the main driving forces of the sector.
· Josep Ramón Fontana: ITEC's Markets Manager and responsible for the development of the Euroconstruct report. After 30 years in the sector, he still struggles to understand what companies feel attracted to in such a complex market.
