Roca Madrid Gallery temporarily closes its doors to undergo a comprehensive renovation

Roca announces the temporary closure of Roca Madrid Gallery, effective from April 1st, 2026, due to the start of a comprehensive renovation project. This intervention is aimed at updating the space and strengthening its role as a benchmark platform for architecture, design and innovation.

Since its opening in 2011, the space designed by Estudio Lamela has become a landmark in the city, conceived as a meeting point for professionals, institutions and the general public. Over the years, it has hosted exhibitions, conferences and activities that have contributed to fostering reflection and knowledge around the challenges of contemporary living.

 

This new intervention, once again led by Estudio Lamela, reflects Roca’s commitment to continuously evolving the Gallery concept, adapting it to new forms of interaction, learning and experience. The project involves a comprehensive transformation of the space, incorporating new exhibition narratives, advanced technological solutions and sustainability criteria, in line with the company’s core values.

The aim is to enhance the Gallery’s character as a dynamic environment that fosters the exchange of ideas and critical thinking around architecture, design and wellbeing, while strengthening its connection with the city and its professional community.
