Gao Changjun is a curator, architect, and PhD candidate in architecture at Tongji University. In 2018, he was the assistant curator of the China Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale and the assistant curator of the touring exhibition of Aedes Berlin and the Curitiba Biennale in Brazil. He has been involved in the organization of the SUSAS for several years and in 2023 was named executive curator. He curated a series of exhibitions for Shanghai's five new city designs and infrastructure improvement designs in the recent two years at the Shanghai Urban Planning Exhibition Center. He has also planned "Shen Sheng Bu Xi,” a documentary program for Shanghai TV about the practice of urban renewal in Shanghai.
